Monday 19th April 
STUDENT TOOLKIT. How to stay safe and sane when studying abroad

Phase 1

10:00 - 10:10 CET: Introduction of event and general meeting (structure, objectives…)

10:10 - 10:20 CET: Icebreaking: introductions via different languages and tongue twister (in zoom rooms)

10:20 - 10:30 CET: Introduction to the Student toolkit and welcome session of the Student Advisory Board

Phase 2

10:30 - 10:35 CET: Capsule lead to introduce capsule, rationale, background, context, etc

10:35 - 10:50 CET: pre-assigned breakout rooms to discuss pre-ISW testing experience

Phase 3

10:50 - 11:10 CET: Offline completion or assigned exercise(s) by testers; DIGIPASS members to collate breakout feedback to structure group discussion

Phase 4

11:10 - 11:30 CET: Feedback on user experience/assigned exercises, and specific themes drawn out of breakout sessions.

Conclusion

Brief conclusion and reminder of optional Friday session.

11:30 - 11:45 CET: intercultural tapas

Break up rooms at zoom, so that we organise at least four mix groups where we can show one typical drink / food from our country and share information about it.

Tuesday 20th April
STUDENT TOOLKIT. Land softly: increasing your cultural awareness in preparation for studying abroad

Phase 1

15:00 - 15:10 CET: Introduction of event and general meeting (structure, objectives…)

Wednesday 21st April

10:00 - 11:30 CET: Breath in, and breath out: tips, tricks and resources to help study abroad students with their mental and physical health!

During an interactive webinar you will learn how the DIGIPASS project is meant to help staff members working in the area of student mobility. You will discover an array of helpful resources for supporting student in the topics of health and wellbeing.

Thursday 22nd April

10:00 - 11:30 CET: The DIGIPASS Handbook: Your virtual roadmap to support students and staff throughout each stage of the mobility lifecycle.

Curious to find out how you can offer a holistic virtual support tool? How can you support your mobility students and how do you help your staff working in student mobility? Then join our DIGIPASS community of practice and learn about simple guidelines to help you implement this project in your own institution.
