We would like to invite you to our final Staff Training week, centered around DIGIPASS, an Erasmus+ Project which provides tips, tricks, and resources to help study abroad students excel before, during and after their time abroad!
This interactive event will help you discover an array of helpful resources and help you integrate them at your institution. Come chat with international colleagues working in student mobility to share best practice and knowledge.

24 September 2020 two colleagues of the University of Amsterdam (Guido de Wilde and Carine de Wilde) had the honour to share some of the intellectual outputs of the Digipass project, realizing the project is now halfway down the three year period dedicated for the EU funded project. It proved to be a fantastic opportunity to gain insight in some of the challenges professional services staff face while working in student mobility. Spanish Online Multiplier Event: "Virtual Support Environments for Mobility"


El pasado 25 de junio de 12:00 a 14:00 (CET) la Universidad de Granada celebró un evento multiplicador del proyecto Erasmus+ DIGIPASS en modalidad online, después de la cancelación del evento programado para el 11 de marzo de 2020 en Barcelona, dentro de las XVI Jornadas de Internacionalización y Cooperación de CRUE Universidades Españolas.

DIGIPASS es un proyecto en el que participa el Vicerrectorado de Internacionalización de la UGR y que trata de crear un entorno online que sirva de apoyo para mejorar la experiencia tanto de los estudiantes como del personal implicado en la movilidad internacional.

From the 24th to the 26th of February, the 4th transnational meeting took place at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), in The Netherlands. This year, we counted with the assistance of representatives all the six different member universities, who achieved very important goals, as well as getting to know Dutch culture from a closer view.

Guido de Wilde and Willeke Jeeninga were the representatives in charge of giving the warm welcome, and giving some Dutch presents to the guests, next to some stories behind it. The activity was followed by a review of the capsule content that is going to be part of the Student Toolkit section. The Transnational Meeting 3 of the DigiPass consortium was held at the University of Granada from 29 - 31 October 2019. TM3 was attended by representatives from all member institutions of the Consortium and meetings took place in the International School for postgraduate Studies.

The first day of the Meeting started with  a warm welcome given by Professor Begoña del Pino, Rector’s Delegate for Digitalization. International Staff Week 1, Jagiellonian

DIGIPASS International Staff Week 1, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, 13-17 May 2019

The first International Staff Week of the Digipass Consortium was hosted by the Jagiellonian University in Kraków from the 13th to the 17th of May 2019. Twenty seven delegates represented the six member universities of the Consortium at meetings held in the offices of the eLearning Centre of the Jagiellonian University.

The first day of the meeting began with an ice-breaker activity, followed by a session dedicated to an overview of the project. The delegates were divided into groups according to the four phases of the student mobility life cycle (orientation, pre-departure, during mobility, and after mobility). The Transnational Meeting 2 of the Digipass Consortium was held from the 12th until the 14th of June 2019 at the University College Dublin. The event was attended by eighteen delegates from member universities of the Consortium and meetings took place in the O’Reilly Hall of the UCD University Club.
